We are in the middle of a heat wave here in LA. Not exactly indian summer weather -- it's just plain hot. September is usually our hottest month. I am sure in other parts of the country the mornings are getting crisp as the days grow shorter. I love the foliage and still vaguely remember what it felt like to walk down the street bundled in a big sweater while walking through autumn leaves. There was something very special about that. Bittersweet Autumn memories of my previous life.
