Cape Cod in the autumn is really beautiful. I was visiting recently and took a walk through the woods where I grew up. So much has changed and yet there is so much that has stayed the same. I decided to focus on the roots of these big trees at our old homestead. Reaching out for nourishment and balance they are so vital for growth.
